A Healthy Business Pays Off!

In this day and age, where sedentarity, malnutrition and increased stress are common currency, it is more important than ever for business owners to integrate a physical conditioning program and promote healthy lifestyle habits in their business. In Quebec, we estimate a return on investment that can attain up to $3.00 for every dollar invested in measures related to physical activity. As such, there are many benefits for the staff:

  • Better concentration;
  • Increased energy;
  • Better posture;
  • Improved self-esteem.

For the business, this means :

  • A decrease in direct and indirect costs related to absenteism;
  • A reduction in presenteism;
  • An increase in productivity;
  • A reduction in the number of injuries.

According to Health Canada, over 50% of workers are sedentary and stressed.

Our Program

The program developped by the AAPP team is adapted to your needs and to your employees’ physical condition. Our kinesiologists and ergonomists can intervene with any workers who want to improve their gerenal physical condition. They can also work with specific employees that are in the return-to-work process after a leave of absence. This can be done in conjunction with a mental health reactivation program, if needed.
